30, July 2015:
Yorkshire-based firm Max Glass is very pleased to be rated the third
best double glazing specialist in the country but intends to do better
in the future. A spokesperson for Max Glass released a statement today,
regarding the company’s rating on FreeIndex, the online business
information organisation that compiles ratings of UK firms based on
reviews received from over 1 million verified members. “We are of course
happy to be recognised as one of the leading suppliers and installers
of double glazing windows and doors in the United Kingdom but at the
same time, we are a little disappointed to have only come third.” To
rank in the country’s top three is a major achievement but the company
spokesperson made it clear they had loftier goals. “It is our belief
that we are the number one replacement double glazing team in the
country and we intend to prove this over the coming year.“
Keeping Good Company
Max Glass is a firm with pride and ambition in equal measure but as a team of consummate professionals, they are happy to acknowledge the achievements of their competitors too. “We are firmly committed to achieving the number one spot in the very near future but at the same time, we are more than happy to acknowledge the great company we are currently keeping at the top of the FreeIndex ratings. “The two firms we will be competing with for the top spot are both first-class outfits with impressive track records. We will need to maintain our extremely high standards and continue to provide our clients with the tremendous level of customer service they have come to expect over the years if we are to reach our target.”
Verified by Government Authorised Competency Scheme
As a FENSA approved double glazing firm, customers of Max Glass enjoy greater protection when purchasing replacement windows and doors for their homes. FENSA is a government authorised Competent Persons Scheme, which oversees the double glazing industry in England & Wales. FENSA registered firms have to demonstrate they are capable of meeting its high standards for the installation of double glazed windows, doors and roof lights, on an ongoing basis. In order to verify that this is the case, every member has their installations inspected by the British Board of Agrément, a UKAS accredited body. These are not one-off inspections that are only carried out when a firm is approved by FENSA but continual inspections that ensure standards are not allowed to slip.
