Melanie Franklin drives the Change Management profession forward

06, April 2015: Back in 2008, Melanie Franklin, CEO of Agile Change Management Ltd the specialist training and consulting firm, was at the forefront of the new Change Management qualification launched by the APMG International qualification body. Through innovative marketing, practical course design and delivery and most importantly listening to the project and change management communities, she has been instrumental in "Change Management" entering the professional lexicon.

"I remain as passionate today as I was back in 2008 when I helped launch the Change Management qualification that projects depended on people skills to deliver the benefits" says Melanie. She continues "Now with my position as Co-Chair of the Change Management Institute (UK) I can continue this journey to develop skills and knowledge in this important area"

Through Melanie's business Agile Change Management Ltd, she will again be one of the first to deliver the new and updated Change Management qualifications through the APMG. Providing editorial input to the new course manual and being part of the examination design team, Melanie will run the first course on 18th May 2015 in London. Always popular with her delegates, Melanie will deliver the new syllabus backed by her in depth practical experience and advice.

In addition to developing and training the Change Management qualification and her duties as Co-Chair of the Change Management Institute, Melanie has also authored and published 8 books, the latest Being Managing Successful Transformation and Agile Change Management.
